Dan was an incredible host! The place was absolutely beautiful, very aesthetic, and extremely clean. We loved our stay and felt comfortable throughout. Whenever we visit Saratoga Springs again, this will be the only place we choose to stay. Dan’s local recommendations were amazing the pizzeria and the Saratoga Winery were both wonderful, and my family and I truly enjoyed them. Thank you, Dan, for being such a fantastic host and for making our stay so memorable!

Such an enjoyable one night stay, especially for a last minute booking. Dan was very responsive and helpful. The massage chair was much needed on a cold day, and our puppy loved the backyard. The ambiance of the living room, bedroom, and bathrooms was beautiful and an amazing value for the price. Would definitely recommend!

Even though the hot tub wasn’t working, Dan was very considerate and fair about adjusting the price. The place was incredibly clean and very organized. Felt very cozy for our couple getaway, and a beautiful short drive to Saratoga Springs.

It had been decades since I had experienced a waterbed, so it was great fun to give it another try! For those who prefer a standard bed, Dan’s also got a king size one. Add in a jacuzzi and a jukebox and you’re sure to have a groovy time!

Place was exactly as described. Fun, not fancy. Excellent value, great location to take advantage of Saratoga Springs Dan was communicative, proactive and friendly. Would not hesitate to go back.

Dan is such an incredible human being, and an incredible host! I can’t say enough words to describe him other than the best host you are ever going to find! This comes from a world traveler who’s traveled with the likes of The Rolling Stones, to Madonna, to name a few! I know good service, and Dan is above and beyond! We’ve now made a friend for life he was so wonderful!!! I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing! That’s the to go word to describe this place and what it has, everything listed and showed on the description (and even more) was provided. The area is perfect for people that loves nature, perfect for morning jogging around trees, and lots of parks and caverns to go on adventure. Finally, and most important, Dan is such an excellent host, always responsive, always providing good tips to do around the area or where to find stuff, very responsive, words can describe such an amazing person he is, we can wait to come back on the next season!

The place was great very spacious, a good in between from two different towns. It was very clean when we checked in. It was one of our favorite places to stay at so far hope to stay again in the near future thanks Dan & Debbie!
